Orders
Cash on Delivery is available on serviceable pincodes, subject to the order value limits shown at checkout. If COD is not available for your address, the option will not appear during checkout.
You can cancel any order from your account while it is still Pending, Confirmed or Processing. Once an order is packed or shipped it can no longer be cancelled online — write to us and we will help.
Because spices are consumable food products, we accept returns only where a pack arrives damaged, leaking, or is the wrong item. Raise it within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund it. Full details are on the Return & Refund Policy page.
Payments
UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking and supported wallets through our secure payment gateway, plus Cash on Delivery where available.
Products
Pouches come in 10 gm, 100 gm, 200 gm and 500 gm. Jars come in 50 gm, 150 gm and 500 gm. Not every spice is offered in every size — the sizes shown on a product page are the ones actually available for that spice.
Keep them cool, dry and out of direct sunlight. Reseal the pouch after every use, or transfer the contents to an airtight jar. Whole spices hold their aroma far longer than ground ones, so grind only what you need.
Shipping
Standard delivery usually takes 3-6 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. The estimate for your pincode is shown at checkout.
Use the Track Order page with your order number and the mobile number used at checkout. If you have an account, every order also shows a live status timeline under My Orders.
