This policy explains what personal information FirstHand Spices collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address. When you create an account we store your name, email and a securely hashed password. We never store your card details, UPI ID or net banking credentials — those are handled entirely by our payment gateway.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, to send order updates, to respond to your enquiries, and — only if you have opted in — to send occasional marketing email. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with the courier partner delivering your order and the payment gateway processing your payment. We do not sell your data.
