Shipping Policy
Last updated 05 Sep 2026
Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery typically takes 3-6 business days from dispatch. The estimate for your pincode is shown at checkout before you pay.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Where a free-shipping threshold is configured, it is applied automatically to your cart total.
Tracking
Once your order ships we add the courier name and tracking number to your order. You can follow it from the Track Order page or from My Orders.
Undelivered parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because nobody was available or the address was incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery may attract a further shipping charge.
