Return & Refund Policy

What can be returned

Spices are consumable food products, so for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened packs. We will replace or refund a pack that arrives damaged or leaking, is past its best-before date on arrival, or is not the item you ordered.

How to raise a claim

Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the pack and the outer packaging. We will confirm the resolution within 2 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Prepaid refunds typically reach your account within 5-7 business days of approval. For Cash on Delivery orders we will collect your bank details to process the refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel from your account while the order is still Pending, Confirmed or Processing. Once packed or shipped, an order cannot be cancelled online.
