Green Cardamom

Green cardamom is graded by pod size and colour, and we select only the fuller, deeply green pods that still hold sticky black seeds inside. A pale, hollow pod has already lost its oils. Used whole or crushed, this is the spice that makes a kheer or a chai unmistakably itself.

100% whole green cardamom pods (Elettaria cardamomum).

Cool, floral and sweet, with a faint eucalyptus lift.

Masala chai, kheer and payasam, biryani, garam masala, mithai and baked desserts.

Keep the pods whole in an airtight jar and crush only when needed.

Pouches are food-grade and resealable. Jars are airtight. Available sizes for this spice: Pouch 10 gm, Pouch 100 gm, Pouch 200 gm, Pouch 500 gm, Jar 50 gm, Jar 150 gm, Jar 500 gm.
